Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to prepare and submit a visa application on your behalf, and to arrange the travel services you ask for. This normally includes your full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport issue and expiry dates, recent passport-sized photographs, home and email addresses, and a contact telephone number or WhatsApp number. Where your application requires it, we also collect supporting documents you send us, such as a hospital letter or appointment confirmation, admission letters and academic transcripts, bank statements, salary certificates, employment or business proof, and a copy of a previous passport. For travel services we additionally need the details that appear on a ticket or booking confirmation, such as flight dates and destinations, and the names exactly as they are written in your passport.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: - Prepare, complete and submit visa applications, and to answer embassy or immigration queries about them. - Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings and any other travel service you request. - Communicate with you about your application, your documents, your travel, and any change that affects either. - Keep a record of our dealings with you, so that a repeat application does not start from zero. - Meet the legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed travel and visa business in Bangladesh. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
This website uses cookies only where they are needed to make the site work. A session cookie remembers that you are signed in to the admin area, so you are not asked for your password on every page. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If advertising or analytics cookies are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled, and — where the law requires it — you will be asked for consent first.
Sharing With Third Parties
Your information is shared only with the parties who need it in order for your application or booking to succeed. Those parties may include: - Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities and visa application centres. - Airlines, travel agents, hotel and transport providers, and tour operators. - Hospitals, clinics and medical coordinators in the country of treatment. - Universities, admissions offices and examination bodies. - Banks and payment processors, where a fee has to be paid. - Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information. Each of these parties is bound by their own privacy obligations. Please note that once your information has been submitted to an embassy or a hospital, we no longer control how it is stored or used.
How We Protect Your Data
Access to your documents is limited to the staff members handling your case. Files are stored on access-controlled systems, and administrative accounts are protected by a hashed password. Information is sent to embassies, airlines and hospitals over encrypted connections. We cannot, however, guarantee the security of information once it leaves our systems and reaches a third party, so please do not send original passport scans over unsecured channels.
Data Retention
We keep your application file for as long as needed to support your case and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, and then we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We may be required to retain some records where a law, an embassy, or an audit obligation requires it, and we will tell you if that is the case when you ask.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to: - Confirm what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy. - Correct anything that is wrong or out of date. - Delete information we no longer have a reason to keep. - Withdraw a consent you previously gave, where our processing relied on it. Write to us at and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we will always answer in writing.
Children's Privacy
Our services are for applicants who are legally able to enter into a contract, which in Bangladesh is generally age eighteen or older. Where a minor's information appears on an application — because they are travelling with a patient, for example — a parent or legal guardian must give consent and act on their behalf. We collect only the information a minor's application genuinely requires.

If you believe your information has been sent to Visa Bridge in error, or that your account or documents have been accessed by someone who should not have, contact us immediately at . We will investigate and tell you what we find.
