About These Terms
These terms govern your use of Visa Bridge's website and the visa, travel and consultation services we provide. By using this website, or by asking us to handle an application or booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service, or tell us before you proceed so we can explain it.
Services We Provide
Visa Bridge acts as an immigration and travel consultant. Depending on what you ask for, we prepare and submit visa applications, arrange air tickets, book hotels, arrange airport transfers and medical coordination for patients travelling for treatment, and advise on student visa applications for study abroad. We are not an embassy, a consulate, an airline or a hospital. Decisions about a visa, a ticket, an admission or a hospital admission are made by those organisations.
No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Admission
This is the most important thing on this page. Submitting a complete, well-prepared application improves your chances, but it does not create an entitlement. A visa is granted or refused by the embassy or immigration authority of the destination country. An admission is decided by the university. A hospital decides whether it will treat a patient. We cannot guarantee, promise or influence any of those outcomes, and we do not refund fees where a refusal is made by a third party on grounds we could not control.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information, and to tell us immediately if anything changes — a new passport number, a change of name, a change of address, a new medical diagnosis, a change of course or intake date. You are responsible for the content of every document you supply. If a document is forged, altered, misleading or belongs to someone else, we will refuse to submit it, we will close your file, and we will not refund any fee. We may also be required to report the matter. You are responsible for complying with the immigration rules of the destination country while you are there, including the permitted length of stay, and for carrying the valid documents an embassy requires you to travel with.
Fees, Payment and Refunds
Our service fee, government fees and third-party charges are quoted before you commit. Government and embassy fees are paid directly to the authority concerned and are not refundable by us. Where you withdraw before we begin work, we refund the unspent portion of our service fee. Where we have already prepared and submitted an application, or booked a non-refundable ticket or hotel, the amount we can recover is limited to what those suppliers return to us, and travel suppliers frequently return nothing. We are explicit about which amounts are refundable before you pay. A completed refund is made to the original payment method.
Accuracy of Information on This Website
We work hard to keep the visa requirements, fees, processing times and destination information on this site accurate and current. Requirements change, sometimes without notice, and a mistake here can cost you time and money. Where a page states a requirement or a fee, the embassy or authority concerned is the final word. If you are about to travel, confirm the current requirement with the embassy before relying on anything you read here.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, logo and images on this website belong to Visa Bridge or are used with permission. You may read, print and share the pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may update, change or withdraw any part of this website, and we may suspend access to the online booking or enquiry forms without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live outside Bangladesh, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies from its publication date, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
